Private Hire Parties
Have exclusive use of PlaySpace for 2.5 hours, from 7.00pm to 9.30pm any day of the week.
It’s totally flexible, with an option to bring your own catering and/or beverages, extend the hours, and even make ‘double the fun’ with an additional inflatable attraction such as a ‘Bucking Bronco’ or ‘Human Roulette’. Or simply ask us to organise a few simple games - even 'tweenagers' love a good 3-legged race and Musical Chairs!
N.B. This is for private parties only (separate options are available for companies).
Pricing & Details:
§ Adult Private Hire Party: sorry, for insurance reasons we cannot currently accept adult-only parties.
§ Children’s Private Hire Party: £325 (incl VAT) for up to 40 children & 80 adults (additional children @ £3.95 each, additional adults free). (Minimum 20 children)
What’s included:
§ 2 hour exclusive hire of main hall & play areas from 7.00pm to 9pm Monday to Sunday, plus 30 minutes’ leaving time
§ Time extensions @ £50 per ½ hr up to 10pm, then £75/ ½ hr after 10pm
§ Café available serving hot drinks, soft drinks & cold snacks
Extras:
§ Kids’ Party Buffet £50 for up to 40 kids; Adult Cold/warm buffet @ £3.75/head (min. 25 adults) or hot buffet (£30 surcharge)
§ Heat customer’s food & provide plates: £50 (£75 if more than 100 guests)
§ Party Buffet for up to 40 kids: £50; Supervised Disco, Party Games or Arts & Craft Activity - £1.50 per child; Facepainting £25 /hr; Balloons on sticks 75p each; Party Bags £2.35 each (10% discount on balloons and activity packs if more than 20)
§ Additional inflatable attractions from £200 (see below)
Tailoring your celebration to you:
Inflatable Attractions: Make it even more fun! We can offer a range of inflatable options, all of which are certain to liven up your celebration, provoke much hilarity and create a great atmosphere. These include Human Table Football, Pole Jousting, Sumo Suits, Bungee Runs and Human Roulette. (Priced individually from £200, including staff to oversee the activity).
Beverages: We are unlicensed, so all drinks can be arranged at wholesale prices! (This could will save you hundreds or even thousands of £’s over a typical licensed venue.) If you require it we have our own café serving freshly ground espresso / latte / cappuccino coffee, teas, cakes and soft drinks.
Food: We can offer a wider range of options for an adult buffet at £3.75, including Pizzas and Paninis, Sandwiches and Wraps, Sausages and Chicken Goujons and Oriental delicacies. Or you can arrange your own catering at no additional charge from us. Please contact us for more information.
Other options: Our event team can also organise taxis, bouquets of flowers or gifts, a photographer to capture the event for posterity, or (within reason) anything else you need.
