Terms and Conditions of PlaySpace Offers and Promotions

Loyalty Card Scheme

Every paying customer who does not use a discount for entry is entitled to a Loyalty Card and can receive a stamp for each PAYING child per visit only.
A Loyalty Card must be presented at Reception upon entrance to PlaySpace and not after you have paid. No refunds will be given if a Loyalty Card is forgotten or not shown upon arrival. It is not the responsibility of PlaySpace staff to ensure that a customer has a Loyalty Card or receives stamps earned but we will try our best to offer a stamp where appropriate.
A Reward is earned when all empty squares previous to the Reward have been filled with an official PlaySpace stamp and cannot be redeemed if there are empty spaces.
The Loyalty Card scheme is a permanent offer open to PlaySpace customers and all Rewards earned can be redeemed during standard opening hours as displayed in PlaySpace or can be found here and are subject to change without notice.
The PlaySpace Management Team reserve the right to refuse the redemption of a Reward or the giving out of a Stamp at anytime.
Defaced, torn or photocopied Loyalty Cards will not be accepted but a replacement of a damaged card can be given at no charge and the equivalent number of stamps earned transferred with the agreement of the PlaySpace Management Team.
There is no cash or voucher alternative and only the named Rewards can be redeemed in a transaction.
Children must be aged between 0 and 10 years and supervised by a responsible parent or guardian who is 18 years or older. PlaySpace staff are not provided to supervise children and all children remain the responsibility of the parent or guardian who signed in with them at reception.
Children MUST wear socks at all times inside Playspace due to hygiene and safety regulations. Socks can be purchased from reception upon arrival if necessary.
Admission into PlaySpace is subject to the customers acceptance of the Rules of Play which are prominently on display at the entrance to PlaySpace with printed copies available from reception and can be found here.
