Discounted Entry Prices

• PlaySpace offers discounted entry prices for Large Families, Groups, Child-minders, Nannies, Disabled Children and Twins. Actual discounts amounts can be viewed here.

• It is not the responsibility of PlaySpace staff to offer any discounts. All discounts must be requested at Reception upon entrance to PlaySpace and not after entrance has been paid. No refunds will be given if a discount is forgotten or not requested upon arrival.

• The discounts cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer including and not limited to Meal Deal Entry and Loyalty Card rewards.

• The offers are valid at all times unless otherwise stipulated.

• Only ONE discount is valid per transaction.

• The PlaySpace Management Team hold the right to withdraw or decline any discounts without excuse.

• There is no cash or voucher alternative for any entry discount offered.

• Children must be aged between 0 and 10 years and supervised by a responsible parent or guardian who is 18 years or older. PlaySpace staff are not provided to supervise children and all children remain the responsibility of the parent or guardian who signed in with them at reception.

• Voucher use is subject to the PlaySpace opening times which can be found here and are subject to change without notice.

• Children MUST wear socks at all times inside Playspace due to hygiene and safety regulations. Socks can be purchased from reception upon arrival if necessary.

• Admission into PlaySpace is subject to the customers acceptance of the Rules of Play which are prominently on display at the entrance to PlaySpace with printed copies available from reception and can be found here.
