Thank You to Our Staff!
We received a very kind note from a lovely customer and thought that we'd share it!

"To all the wonderful staff at Playspace.
On Thursday 8th November I visited your wonderful Playspace with my two girls Edith and Iris. As those of you working that day will probably recall my youngest, Iris was quite poorly and I was very worried about her. Thankfully she bounced back quite quickly after controlling her temperature with some magic calpol and a stripleze! I just wanted to say a huge huge thank you to all the staff who were working that day particularly the lovely first aider whose name I can't quite remember. She had such a lovely manner, was so calm and supportive and a credit to your wonderful team. You are all fab! I've been to quite a few soft play establishments with my girls and have always felt a bit let down by the quality of staff and food and refreshments on offer, as well as the level of care received. Yours, however, I would rate as outstanding on all counts. I just wish I lived closer. No doubt I will be in Bristol again soon though visiting my brother and his family and will look forward to returning. Thanks a million!"
